Vancity was re-branded by karacters design group in Vancouver. When researching the project, karacters discovered that Vancity had an amazing story to tell. In fact, everyone who worked with or worked at this credit union had something to say about how Vancity had touched their lives; people were having incredibly positive brand experiences. When designing the new look of the brand, karacters wanted to use large exterior windows as "story windows" that would hold large posters depicting some "typical" Vancity brand experiences. I was contracted to write these story posters, as well as to write the "Voice of Vancity", an introduction and guide to the new brand identity.
